Our Story

Founded in June 2015, Ticino Ricambi began its journey in a garage in the Lugano area, introducing an innovative vision to the automotive spare parts market. The following year, our path took a new direction with the acquisition by Dazzerò SAGL — a crucial step that allowed us to stabilise our financial situation and prepare for future growth.

In 2019, we opened an operational office in Balerna and expanded our team. Despite the difficulties associated with our ambitious goals, we overcame every challenge thanks to the determination and collaboration of our staff. This event marked a turning point, driving us towards a strong expansion strategy, which included the entry of our first sales agent in Ticino in 2020.

2021 was a year of exponential growth, marked by the acquisition of two competitors and the expansion of our sales team. We continued along this positive trajectory, achieving major financial milestones in 2022 and 2023, with significant expansion into the Canton of Zurich and the consolidation of our presence across nine Swiss cantons.

Looking ahead, 2025 will be a significant year for us, marking our tenth anniversary and the goal of expanding our presence to at least ten cantons. We are also planning to introduce artificial intelligence to optimise document management, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to innovation.
